Job title: Religious Coordinator

Location : Fort Sill, OK

Travel : N/A

Duties :

  • The applicant shall attend planning and coordination meetings and provide necessary input for services.
  • The applicant shall present a neat, well-groomed appearance appropriate for religious worship services
  • The applicant shall coordinate the preparation of the Catholic bulletin each week. Edit content, fact check and ensure printing deadlines are met.
  • The applicant shall manage all Religious Community registrations to include registrations and keeping current registrations updated.
  • The applicant shall assist with preparation and submission of sacramental records (baptism, marriage and confirmation).
  • The applicant shall meet with the Catholic Chaplain/Chaplain Staff once per week to discuss needs assessment of the Fort Sill Catholic Community.
  • The applicant shall conduct initial interview process for individuals preparing for marriage or seeking an annulment process.

Qualification:

  • Have excellent organization and planning skills.
  • The applicant must be willing to work in a pluralistic environment where they may come in contact with members from various faith groups and/or viewpoints.

Education/ Experience:

  • Experience in teaching.
  • Experience working in a military environment is preferred.
