At SafeSplash Swim School, we impact families' lives every day. We help swimmers of all ages reach (and exceed) their goals. We teach life-saving swimming skills, but we have fun while we do it. We get to work with children, so each day is full of smiles, laughter, and even the ability to be a little silly at times. Our team gets paid to make a splash, literally

No problem With our comprehensive, paid training courses, you will be ready to suit up in 35-45 hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming skills in accordance with the SafeSplash curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
  • Drive long-term enrollment through consistent communication, providing continuous, positive feedback to students and parents regarding their swimming progress.
  • Create a vision for parents to understand where the lessons are leading and provide constructive feedback, adapting your teaching style to suit the students’ needs.
  • Conduct administrative duties such as filling out quarterly progress reports and updating parents on their swimmers’ progress.
  • Stay current on certifications by attending in-service training and additional supplemental training courses.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekday afternoon shifts (3- 8 pm) and Saturday OR Sunday (8 am - 2 pm). If needed, the schedule can be supplemented with additional afternoon or morning shifts (9 am-1 pm).
  • Have a friendly personality and possess strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with children.
  • Ability to maintain regular, dependable attendance and be punctual.
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the US.
