Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRecognized as a Platinum Club of America by Club Leaders Forum, Martis Camp Club offers the best of private club life through shared experiences and time together in the beauty of the Lake Tahoe/Truckee area. 

Seasons of Success is a multi-year, seasonal work experience program for college students interested in exploring careers in hospitality, golf course operations, and/or private club management. Participants will gain work experience in all facets of private club operations, develop important professional skills, and make valuable professional connections. 

Ideal applicants will: 
  • Be committed to a multi-season work experience program so that you can experience all facets of Martis Camp's operations. 
  • Be available for scheduling for all or a major portion of the program season which is anticipated to begin in May and end in August. Early/late arrivals/departures based on school semesters can be accommodated. 
  • Be excited to engage with Martis Camp Club members and fellow Ambassadors to deliver exceptional service and WOW experiences in a beautiful environment. 
Applicants accepted to participate in the program will be assigned in rotation to positions in Food and Beverage; Recreation, Fitness, and Spa; Golf Operations and Maintenance; and Club Administration including Finance, Human Resources, and Communication. 

Professional experiences for resume building and skills development will be provided in functions such as labor management and scheduling; purchasing and inventory management; program design; retail operations management; recruiting and training; internal and external communications, and more 

Additional details: 
  • Hourly wage of $17 - 19 per hour (higher compensation available for participants who don't utilize housing support). 
  • Housing in Truckee, CA, just 20 minutes from the north shore of Lake Tahoe 
  • Martis Camp gear for all program participants; uniforms provided when required for the position. 
  • Paid professional development courses, fun special events, and networking opportunities exclusively for Seasons of Success participants. 
  • Establish professional connections with industry leaders in hospitality, golf, and other specialty fields.
