In this role you will proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner. Provide quick, responsive customer service while assisting Service Advisors in processing new vehicle paperwork and guest appointments by taking ownership of customer experience. Our service department offers temperature controlled work environments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customer as they arrive
• Moving vehicles throughout the dealership
• Transport customers in the Courtesy Shuttle
• Pick up customer vehicles
• Organizing vehicle inventory around the dealership
• Intake & Inspection for damage on cab and chassis being delivered to BSF
• This role is engaging, fast-paced, and will provide an unmatched level of client service.

• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)

• Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
• Strong communication skills
