Salary: $19.95-$25.20 per hour Depending on Experience / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Position is temporary with a 6 month minimum, and the potential to move into permanent position within the Training Department.

Pay Differentials Offered (must qualify through testing or verification):

• Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
• Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour

Overview:

Reporting to the Program Manager of the Training Department, the Training Analyst will be responsible for the following: Distributing training information through various media platforms, maintaining training records, managing certification processes, monitoring training activities, and preparing monthly budget documentation for invoice submission.  Additionally, the Training Analyst will work collaboratively with management to assist with records and reporting for contract compliance, as well as perform other administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the Training Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with training team members, other agency programs, and interagency resources. 
• Maintain electronic records of training attendance sheets, training summaries and other documents as needed.
• Maintain all necessary processes related to Relias, the Learning Management System (LMS)
  
• Disperse weekly and monthly training notifications to staff, potential and certified resource families, community partners, and other parties, when applicable. 
• Coordinate information and records for internal and external trainings, including gathering all necessary and helpful information, forwarding appropriate parties, managing registration, if necessary, and post-training documents. 
• Regularly generate reports and track training compliance, identifying and reporting trends, concerns, or areas that need attention. Conduct follow up as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent from college or university program certificate
  • And/or High School Diploma/GED. 
  • Certificate of Achievement from two-year College or technical school;
  • Or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Conditions of Employment:

• May work across all agency programs as needed.
• Occasional flexible work schedule required to meet individual client needs.
• Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).
• Must pass a clear background check with DOJ, CACI, FBI, CCL.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.
• TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.

• Comprehensive onboarding including CPR/First Aid, Crisis Communication/Pro-ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
