Track the completion of design documents and conduct self-assessments to ensure compliance.

Provide technical support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle, participating in project meetings and site visits as required.
- Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to precast concrete design, construction, and structural engineering. Pursue professional development opportunities to further enhance knowledge and expertise.
- Communication and Problem Solving: Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to address technical inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure project success. Identify and resolve technical challenges and discrepancies in a proactive and timely manner.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Certification: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience: Strong educational background in structural engineering; experience in precast concrete design preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
