In the role of Agent in Training, your primary responsibility will be to boost sales and revenue by effectively marketing our insurance offerings to potential customers. Beyond your daily sales tasks, you'll partner closely with the business leader to master the nuances of managing a prosperous enterprise. This position is structured to equip you with the essential expertise and understanding needed to eventually step into a leadership role.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
- Exceptional communication and people skills

- Positive and energetic attitude
