7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Elm Terrace Gardens

Lansdale PA

We are growing and seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team for Alternating Weekends (Sat & Sun.)

Elm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale PA.


Every Other weekend: 7:00 am-7:00 pm (12 hr. shifts)

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:


* Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
* Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
* Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
* Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
* Administer medications and wound treatments
* Maintain accurate patient medical records
* Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
* Supervise LPN's, CNAs on your shift



Qualifications:

  • RN license in good standing in the state of PA
  • Manager experience preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability and commitment to work as part of a team to provide excellence of care

  • 12 hr. Shift, 7a-7p both days

Weekly schedule:

  • Saturday and Sunday Evenings (7am to 7pm)
  • Every Other weekend (alternating weekends)

  • Lansdale, PA 19446: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Required Experience:

  • Nursing: 2 years (Preferred)

Required License/Certification:

RN (Required)
