We are seeking an experienced and skilled 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to join our team at American Paper & Supply. As a Warehouse Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse workers during 2nd shift operations
  • Ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading of freight and deliveries
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and harmonious work environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Train and guide team members on warehouse procedures and best practices
  • Utilize RF devices and material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, electric pallet jack, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in RF systems and material handling equipment
  • Ability to safely lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
