Job Description:
   As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative at Promotion PIA, you will combine your skills in data entry with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, eager to contribute to our team’s success. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other relevant data into company databases and CRM systems.
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly or escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, making corrections as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or data entry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
