Job Description: As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative at Promotion PIA, you will combine your skills in data entry with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, orders, and other relevant data into company databases and CRM systems.
- Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and issues, resolving them promptly or escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Regularly review data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, making corrections as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or data entry is a plus.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
