Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently hiring for the role of Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support for our software applications and wireless networks. Collaborating closely with our Director of IT, you will be responsible for integrating and managing multiple software-as-a-service (SaaS) providers, while also troubleshooting and enhancing our existing and upcoming IT infrastructure, both in terms of hardware and software. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless integration and optimization of our IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Director of IT to integrate and manage various SaaS providers.
  • Provide technical support for software applications used by the company, including resolving issues and assisting team members with software functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues for all devices on the network, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Analyze current wireless network infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work with vendors to implement and configure new wireless equipment and software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to software applications and wireless networks.
  • Assist with other IT-related projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably with a focus on software integration and help desk support.
  • Strong knowledge of various software applications and SaaS providers, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Proficient in wireless network administration, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and optimizing network performance.
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
