- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic principles and techniques.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of patient assessment and treatment planning.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation and adaptive equipment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Empathy and compassion in working with individuals with physical or mental challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
