We are seeking a Marketing and Promotions Assistant to join our on-site marketing team. You will play a key role in executing our company's marketing plan and supporting the achievement of our sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing plans and operational functions to company standards.
  • Participate in product/service knowledge training provided to on-site teams under management's guidance.
  • Implement product presentation directives according to sales team standards.
  • Assist customers by addressing questions about featured client products/services.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the marketing and branding strategies for all new clients acquired by the company. Utilize this knowledge to develop customized marketing strategies.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance productivity and achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarize yourself with the marketing systems used during each promotional campaign.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing manager as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience (1 year) in sales, marketing, advertising, events, or retail-related settings preferred. Internship experience and entry-level positions will be considered as working experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work weekends for events and promotions.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to follow a schedule.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service to clients and consumers.
