Our Wireless Sales Consultant:
- Must meet or exceed sales goals by closing sales, overturning objections, negotiating contracts, and upselling products and service
- Proactively engage in conversation with potential new customers in a positive and warm manner
- In simple terms, explain the benefits of our services and products to customers directly
- Listen to customer concerns, understand, and problem-solve issues in a polite and empathetic manner
- Recommend personalized solutions to customers to improve sales margins and increase customer satisfaction
- Attend meetings and sales training classes geared toward our Wireless Sales Consultants to enhance knowledge of our products, clientele, telecommunications services, sales promotions, and new sales techniques
Wireless Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Background in Sales, Wireless Sales, Telecommunications, Customer Service, or Client-facing
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic
- Excellent at presenting information directly to customers and closing sales
- Proven ability to overturn objections, solve problems, and drive sales margins
- Go-getter with a can-do attitude and hunger for success
- Charismatic, charming, and professional demeanor
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
