We are currently seeking an experienced Project Foreman to lead our renovation projects with expertise and dedication.


Job Description:
The Project Foreman will be a dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bathroom and kitchen renovation projects . This on-site, in-the-field position requires a balance of leadership, technical knowledge, and communication skills. Crew size 2-4


Key Responsibilities:


  • Direct and oversee all on-site aspects of our renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
  • Lead, coordinate, and schedule the activities of your crew
  • Interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure project objectives and aesthetic standards are met.
  • Monitor work progress, identify any change orders, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Maintain constant communication with project managers and clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and manage inventory to ensure the timely and efficient progress of the project.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and contribute to fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Project Foreman or similar role, specifically in bathroom and kitchen renovations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficient in interpreting and executing plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Physical ability to perform hands-on, field-based work. ( demo , plumbing , electrical, interior trim )
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
