We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to work in our Remodel & Repair Department that also provides assistance to our exclusion and foundation departments. We need dedicated, honest & dependable individuals to provide superior customer service. By joining our team, you will be supported by 40+ years of industry experience and will serve a key role in providing excellent customer service/treatment solutions to homeowners across central Alabama.


Responsibilities:

  • Repair and replace windows, window sills, stools, & trim
  • Replace baseboards and crown molding
  • Replace studs and floor joists
  • Replace, prime, & paint sheet rock
  • Serve as a problem solver to identify the most efficient and effective solution for each customer's needs
  • Complete all required service-related documentation for each customer, including collecting and processing payments for service
  • Communicate respectfully with customers and team members


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction/remodeling or carpentry
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, and crawl for extended periods of time 
  • Ability to carry up to 30 lbs. on back, stoop, bend and/or kneel for extended periods of time
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision. 
  • A valid ID and a safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
  • Ability to work overtime, if needed
