We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and must provide excellent customer service, handle guest inquiries and requests, and assist in ensuring a positive guest experience.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information about hotel services
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow safety and security procedures

**Working Hours:**
This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
