Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSeasonal Maintenance / Groundskeeper is accountable for all day-to-day property maintenance / groundskeeper activities and enhancing the value of the property.

Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
  • Curb appeal and grounds maintenance
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Management
  • Maintain gardens and lawns
  • Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions
  • Maintain gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching, and applying pesticides
  • Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment

 Qualifications:
  • Groundskeeper or similar experience a plus
  • Familiarity with landscape equipment
  • Knowledge of gardening techniques
  • Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic
  • Communication skills
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Availability to work on-call, and as needed during non-business hours - some Saturdays required
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to lift / carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
