The Assistant Sales Leader position will be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals and assisting Leadership in operations for the store. Reporting directly to the Sales Leader, this full-time position will also assist the Sales Leader in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve individual and store goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Leader in store operations.
  • Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Demonstrates desired behaviors for Associates including driving sales, handling difficult and/or complicated sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with customers.
  • Handle escalated customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and NGW.
  • Pro-actively develop personal leadership behaviors by seeking out additional training and development.
  • Lead by example and set a high level of personal and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve personal sales goals by executing on fundamental behaviors.
  • Able to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule.
  • Encourage a positive TEAM environment.
  • Proven organizational management skills; able to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Direct experience working in an environment that has continuous change.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
