Utilization Review Health Care Professional

Being a Utilization Review Health Care Professional means you are part of a team of medical professionals who help assess the necessity of provider requests for services. You'll be:
- Reviewing and analyzing medical information in our proprietary database;
- Coordinating with your peers and external medical professionals: and
- Helping to determine the necessity of the proposed treatments.
This position will report to our Rocklin, CA office.
The part time hours for this role will be between 8 am - 5 pm.

Pay & Benefits
- Position starts at $30-35 per hour based on experience in Utilization Review, education, and certification.

If you'd like to take your expertise outside of the clinical setting, this may be for you
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, chiropractic, or another related medical program (RN, DC, PT, DPT, LVN, OT, LAc)
- Valid state-specific license in the appropriate scope of practice in good standing with no restrictions
- Possesses and can demonstrate the professional and technical skills required
- Experience in UR, Workers' Compensation experience highly preferred, but not required
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- High comfort level with computers and computer programs (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
