Seeking an experienced Painter/Make-Ready Technician for a seasonal position.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform the maintenance needed to turn an apartment timely and efficiently for move-in.
  • Paint the interiors and exteriors of apartments in accordance with Company guidelines. This would include preparing walls, spackling, plastering, and caulking
  • Assist in inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alert the Service Manager to items that need repair
  • Walk the community daily and remove litter and debris from the grounds.
  • Remove trash daily from trash receptacles located in and around the pool, pet walk stations, and interior and exterior amenities.
  • Check and replace exterior lighting on a scheduled and as-needed basis.
  • Thoroughly clean all breezeways to include cleaning light fixtures, removing cobwebs and debris, wiping down stair risers. Periodically power wash the inside breezeway walls.
  • Perform "trash-out" duties at vacated apartments. Remove all abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes.
  • Power wash sidewalks and building exteriors when needed.
  • Other responsibilities as noted in the job description.



Requirements:


A valid driver’s license is required.
