Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you passionate about aviation, education, and mentoring students toward success? Our client is looking for a Support CRM instructor. The ideal candidate should be a line-qualified pilot with CRJ700. Responsibilities include assisting with CRM instruction and early-stage simulator training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide early-stage flight and ground instruction.
  • Adhere to 14 CFR Part 121 standards and procedures.
  • Teach aviation courses/programs.
  • Serve on committees.
  • Promote collegiality, customer service, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Work on special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Master’s degree in an aviation-related field or 5-10 years industry experience, 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Commercial/Instrument, Multi-engine Rating, Airline Transport Pilot License, Part 121 instruction/flight experience, collegiate aviation instruction, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
