Canvassing Agent

First and foremost, this is not a direct sales position and it is not completely commission-based. It has an hourly compensation of $15/hr with UNCAPPED BONUS - AND Paid training will be provided. Now that I have your attention, allow me to explain what this job entails.

We are Renewal by Andersen, one of the oldest window companies in America. This position goes Door-to-Door setting appointments that are then given to our design consultants to close You will be responsible for knocking on avg 100 doors a day to set quality appointments. This is a hybrid position that is mostly remote with you only having to come to the office a maximum of 3 times a week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods in order set appointments for the company.
• Communicate effectively, engage homeowner and build rapport.
• Use persuasive selling techniques to promote Renewal by Andersen windows and doors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet clearly stated goals.
• Most importantly, enjoy the job.

We Offer

• $ 16 an hour base
• Uncapped bonus, based upon industry standards.

Pay: From $15-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20-30 per week
