- 3 years' experience in analyzing documented processes and identifying areas for optimization and the ability to document proposed improvements (to-be processes) leveraging Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities.
- 3 years' experience capturing requirements via Azure, throughout the development lifecycle using various formats:
- Epics: Define high-level functionalities from a user perspective.
- Features: Break down epics into smaller, deliverable functionalities.
- User Stories: Describe user needs and functionalities from the user's point of view (using a specific format like INVEST).
- Acceptance Criteria: Define clear, measurable conditions for successful completion of user stories.
