Assistant Grower

What you'll do:

• Perform accurate and complete measurements and data entry
• Perform high quality irrigations and nutrient delivery.
• Accurately calculate needed amounts of fertilizers, chemicals, etc
• Crop scouting
• Proper pesticide application, equipment and PPE procedures
• Recognize, investigate, communicate, and help solve items that are outside of controls

When You'll Work: 5 days a week from 7am-3:30pm, which includes one weekend day.

Len Busch Roses offers a competitive wage and increases based on individual performance and not tenure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Wage: $20.00-$24/hour

• Horticulture/Agriculture knowledge and experience
• Demonstrated ability to observe crops, data charts, and equipment to see if they are aligned with goals
• Detail Oriented
• Quality focused
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Chemical Application experience
