Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants work collaboratively with all areas of support staff to address and conquer systemic inequities, barriers to care, and support a population health model.

Licensure:
- Current unencumbered Oregon License to Practice with Prescription Authority
- Current DEA Number
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
Physician: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Must be board eligible/board certified in family practice or internal medicine.
Nurse Practitioner: Master's degree in nursing or a doctorate in nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or NLNAC (National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission) accredited graduate nursing program. Board certified or board eligible within one year of employment in family practice.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited physician assistant program. Board certified or board eligible within one year of employment in family practice.
