Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEverest Recruiting is currently hiring Production Operators located in Clermont. These are long term assignments with 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Compensation: $15.23- 16.68 hourly depending on shift

Job duties:
  1. Assembles finished goods and subassemblies conforming to established engineering specifications. May use hand tools or fixtures to assemble products.
  2. Rotates through all the tasks required in a particular production process.
  3. Packs finished products.
  4. Acts as first line of inspection. Audit’s part quality on a regular basis.
  5. Communicates effectively to support Continuous Process Improvement.
  6. Notifies appropriate personnel of equipment failures and/or quality deficiencies.
