Highlights of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, repair various equipment and systems, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, following proper procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks.
  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to identify equipment issues, determine necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Complete service reports, equipment documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs or installations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
