Job Summary

Our privately owned practice is seeking a Treatment Coordinator with sales experience. Our number one goal is to give our patients the smile of their dreams and to give our team members a great working environment. We value hard work, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills when looking for applicants. We hope you are excited to join our team

The Treatment Coordinator at our office works with our dedicated team and then establishes a relationship and rapport with our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Comforts patients by anticipating patients' anxieties; and answering patients' questions.
  • Requires regular and predictable attendance.
  • Follows up with referring doctors and patients to communicate patient's treatment status
  • Educate patients on recommended treatment
  • Follows the schedule protocols for follow-ups with patients to maintain a productive schedule
  • Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
  • Completes Medical Consults for patients as needed
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Provides knowledge of third-party financing to patients and educates patients on financial commitments of treatment.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance to explain cost breakdown to patients.
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; and reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
