Role

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for examining various inter and intra departmental workflows to identify errors, process improvements, and discrepancies. He/she will work with cross-functional teams comprising IT, finance, sales, operations, service and branch personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and use statistical methods to analyze information and develop business solutions
  • Review current work order review and workflows, including PO processing
  • Identify inefficiencies and inconsistencies
  • Recommend, coordinate, and own process improvements
  • Building analytical reports to measure metrics
  • Work with IT to develop and deliver appropriate tools
  • Bridge the gap between branch operations, billing and corporate operations
  • Monitor metrics regarding work order billing
  • Support corporate billing objectives
  • Support CRM initiative
  • Additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft GP required
  • Expert in Microsoft suite applications
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written to various levels within the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate
