We are on the grow again and searching for a Revenue Enablement Specialist. In summary, the Revenue Enablement Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective sales training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our Sales Teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales techniques, HCM services, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. This role is crucial in ensuring our Sales Teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve their targets and drive company growth.


This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule if living in the local area. A full remote opportunity is available for individuals not living in the local area. This position will require regular travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Training Program Development

  • Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, product training, sales techniques, sales systems, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support new hires during onboarding by providing intensive training and integration support.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other departments to identify training needs and align training programs with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the sales team encouraging continuous growth and skill enhancement.

Training Delivery

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for sales representatives at all levels.
  • Utilize various training methodologies, such as role-playing, LMS e-learning, instructor led training, and coaching to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Perform regular in the field coaching sessions with Account Executives to support sales managers and provide real-time feedback and mentorship to reinforce best practices and overcome challenges. Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and development plans.
  • Facilitate role-playing sessions and simulations to build confidence and proficiency in sales interactions.

Sales Performance Improvement

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to sales leadership.

Sales Tools and Resources

  • Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including manuals, guides, videos, and presentations leveraging our LMS and enablement tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new sales techniques to continuously improve training content.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development to ensure training programs are aligned with product updates and market changes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales team.

Requirements:

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the qualifications, skills, and abilities required and preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and training, preferably within the HCM industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools, specifically revenue intelligence, conversational intelligence, cadence and pipeline engagement tools.
  • Experience with LMS system or Sales Enablement system.
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR industry trends and product offerings.
  • Professionally trained on the Sandler Sales Methodology preferably.
  • 1+ year HCM Sales Experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Some travel required.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to work with people and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in an environment in which constant deadlines exist.
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary to successfully perform in this position.
  • Must understand all company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
