Carolina Counseling Services is looking to contract with an enthusiastic, associate licensed clinician in North Carolina. An ideal candidate is a friendly, client-centered Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) who is looking for an opportunity to work in a relaxed, welcoming, low stress environment.

1. We are searching for a warm, caring therapist for 1 full time open contracting position to provide Behavioral Health (therapy) services to our clients in the local area near Fayetteville and all over NC through online therapy.

  • Specifically, we are looking for therapists who work with children (5+) and their parents, teens, adults and couples.

2. The prospective contractor must be independent, and be able to utilize computer/mobile technology with ease.

  • Carolina Counseling Services (CCS) contracts with therapists and provides a safe, confidential, peaceful atmosphere for our clients. The hardest part is done FOR you - you can relax, see your clients, and do your notes while growing your clinical skills.

*Working with CCS is a VERY enjoyable experience for the independent practitioner who loves clinical work*

  • Contract/Earnings Info:(Taxes, etc. are not paid to the Federal and State government because this is a contracting arrangement, contractors must make these arrangements on their own).

3. For this primarily Medicaid contractor, $24-$35 per 60 min session will be average "take home" (based on Insurance allowance, CPT code etc.)

4. Mentoring will be available as you work toward full licensure Assistance with finding a supervisor will also be available.
