Full-Time Case Manager Position, $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Position Summary: Orange Recovery is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, drug-free, and health-oriented environment that supports individuals in the early stages of substance use recovery. Our transitional residence serves men aged 18 and older, providing a lightly structured, drug-free environment supported by 24-hour staffing and comprehensive case management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support participant progress, offering problem-solving strategies to promote recovery and sobriety.
- Maintain clear and accurate case management notes, progress reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual recovery goals.
- Ensure adherence to service plans and actively engage in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Coordinate and attend various appointments and activities including physical and dental exams, psychiatric consultations, SSI and welfare appointments, legal advocacy, and emergency family sessions.
- Conduct screenings for potential clients and collaborate with referring agencies to ensure appropriate placements.
- CADAC/LADC certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals struggling with substance addiction.
- Previous experience in a recovery home or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of community resources related to social services, vocational assistance, entitlements, and medical care.
- Skilled in group facilitation and open to multiple pathways of recovery, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).
- Strong documentation and computer skills required.
- Valid drivers license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
- Tuesday: 11 AM - 7 PM
- Wednesday: 11 AM - 7 PM
- Thursday: 7 AM - 3 PM
- Friday: 7 AM - 3 PM
- Saturday: 7 AM - 3 PM
- Starting wage: $22.00 - $22.75 per hour, based on experience, caseload, and education.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus.
