Description:

Currently seeking SASMO Instructor who will be responsible for developing and implementing training processes and procedures to ensure mission requirements are met in a timely manner. The candidate will be responsible for providing training support to ensure operations personnel receive the necessary systems knowledge required to adequately perform their assigned duties to meet mission needs and organizational requirements. Shall have experience with SIGINT Tradecraft and exploitation, convergence targeting and SIGINT development. Candidate must have a strong understanding of SIGINT collection systems and architecture. Experience as a Military Training Instructor within the technical skill area of expertise is highly desired.

Job Duties:

  • The qualified Instructor will be a mentor while conducting mission analysis to deliver skills development and enhanced training to build an agile workforce for existing courses and support to course and content development.
  • The Instructor will conduct course instruction by applying adult learning principles, theories, and practices which provide a continuum of learning solutions.
  • Instruction will include conducting field operator training to personnel and assisting with systems, tools, capabilities, missions, and applications training activities while developing life-cycle training solutions. 

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph required
  • Provide technical direction and technical support for the development of training
  • Provide fundamental SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) and Target Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) skills to analysts deploying worldwide in support of expeditionary military operations
  • NCU Adjunct Certified preferred
  • Experience with instructing NCU courses a plus
