The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for leading and directing branch operations, ensuring quality customer service, employee growth and development, and achievement of assigned goals. 

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees day to day operations of the branch; provides guidance and participates in daily operational activities to achieve customer service and business growth objectives.
  • Maintain and help lead a highly motivated, well-trained team that consistently offers excellent services to all members.
  • Support the maintenance of effective employee relations within the branch.
  • Promotes a positive image of the bank; develops and maintains effective business relationships with customers, employees and retail partners, serves as a liaison between the branch and corporate departments.
  • Addresses and resolves complex customer service issues and employee disputes; performs and reviews tasks requiring manager level approvals.
  • Accurately monitor key products and sales metrics of the branch team to ensure profitable and sound business practices as well as the highest level of services for members.
  • Apply and evaluate security and audit policies and procedures, ensuring the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations.
  • Accurately track and report on branch activity, including but not limited to number of transactions, teller accuracy, loan volume, teller and loan sales, and new accounts.
  • Ensure branch team maintains ongoing required training to increase knowledge of various topics and skillsets.
  • Maintain minimum quality control errors by reviewing member documentation upon completion and holding team members accountable.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to team members in solving complex problems or member requests.
  • Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years of management or supervisory experience required. 
  • 5 years financial services or banking industry experience required with increasing levels of responsibility.
