Title: Warehouse Team Lead

Type: Full-Time

Location: Norwood, NJ on-site

Hours: 3pm - 11pm

Salary: $23 / Hourly

Company Description: Established in 1984 and based northern New Jersey, Orthofeet is premium brand of specialty footwear, biomechanically designed to provide consumers with ultimate, comfort and pain relief for an improved mobility and quality of life. Orthofeet has become a leading designer and manufacturer of footwear for adults with diabetes and others with foot conditions or limited mobility. The company partners with medical professionals and DME providers throughout the US to provide patients with a wide selection of therapeutic shoes, insoles and socks and is selling its products online on www.orthofeet.com and Amazon.

Responsibliites

  • Train new warehouse associates
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operation is achieved and standards are met
  • Ensure that orders are being packed in accordance with e-commerce packaging guidelines put into place.
  • Monitor inventory levels for packing supplies and materials. Alert management when running low so a re-order can be placed.
  • Work as a liaison between management and staff to encourage good communication and the expressing of grievances.
  • Evaluate new hires upon 30 days of employment.
  • Provide weekly report of productivity to warehouse manager.
  • Attend all team lead meetings.
  • Assist in Shipping orders during high promotion periods.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • HIgh School diploma or equivilent required; degree preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • e-commerce shipping experience required
  • Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and be self-motivated.
