Charlotte Tilbury is currently hiring for the position of Full Time Brand Expert. As a Full Time Brand Expert at Charlotte Tilbury, you will be responsible for representing the Charlotte Tilbury brand and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to share Charlotte's secrets of artistry and contribute to building an amazing beauty business. To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for beauty, sales expertise, and a strong background in retail with Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom and Bloomingdales.

Requirements

The Full Time Brand Expert role at Charlotte Tilbury involves promoting and creating a magical shopping experience for customers. You will be the driving force behind achieving sales targets, while embodying the brand's values and reflecting the customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving event sales goals and sales per hour target
  • Demonstrating expertise and product knowledge to create brand awareness
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Working collaboratively with the team and fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintaining an organized and visually appealing counter/gondola
  • Assisting with inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Participating in the execution of events
  • Communicating effectively with the Brand field team
  • Managing schedule and submitting time sheets
