What's your day like?

As a new member of our Home Health - Sales team, you can expect an exciting and dynamic role that keeps you on your toes. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them through the process of choosing the perfect home health care solution. Each day will present new opportunities to make a difference in people's lives. You'll be conducting phone calls, attending meetings with clients, and maintaining a strong relationship with our referral sources. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, allowing you to have your weekends free for relaxation and personal time. What we're looking for in a Home Health - Sales

To excel in the Home Health - Sales position, a set of essential skills and qualifications are required. First and foremost, a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field will help you understand the complexities of the healthcare industry. Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in home health, will give you a head start in understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of this role. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures will be beneficial as you navigate conversations with clients and healthcare professionals.

A solid understanding of Medicare and insurance requirements is also necessary to provide accurate information and ensure compliance. Being detail-oriented, multitasking, and possessing excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills are key to success in this role.
