Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team
As a valued Sales Representative on the team, you will be the first line of communication for our clients and will be the face of our company. You will be implementing marketing strategies, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The ideal candidate does not need to have have previous experience in a marketing role, however NEED TO HAVE A GREAT STUDENT MENTALITY, has excellent communication skills, positive attitude, very competitive spirit and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
As a valued Sales Representative, your responsibilities will be as follow:
  • Engaging in office-based training meetings (leadership, management, business development etc...)
  • Analyse and set personal and departmental performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction and overall revenue for self company and clients.
  • Assist management in coming up with attractive incentives and rewards for superior performance.
  • Learn and retain multiple product knowledge.
  • Introduce products and services to customers on behalf of our clients.
  • Representing our clients with professionalism, integrity and positive attitude.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the message and vision of the company are being communicated properly.
  • Work well with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for sales and customer retention.
  • Earn monetary rewards and prizes as you help drive yourself and your team to successfully meet sales goals.
