Join our dynamic team at PSI, a leading plastic injection molding company, and embark on a rewarding career as a Quality Control (QC) Inspector At PSI, we pride ourselves on our innovative approach to manufacturing, including traditional injection molding, structural foam, gas assist, and part decoration. We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated QC Inspector to ensure our products meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of both in-process and finished products using standard measuring tools and specialized equipment.
- Identify, document, and report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the production team and quality management.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve quality.
- Operate advanced measuring tools such as calipers, and micrometers.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a QC role, preferably in the plastic injection molding industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
