  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to integrate technical requirements and ensure design feasibility.
  • Produce architectural drawings, plans, and elevations using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Assist in the coordination of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and construction details, to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Conduct research on materials, products, and building systems to support design decisions and enhance project sustainability.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections during construction phases to observe progress, address field issues, and assist with quality assurance.
  • Stay informed about current trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design, and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing project files, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio demonstrating involvement in a variety of project types and phases.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software.
  • Strong graphic and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, renderings, and presentations.
  • Solid understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
