Position Overview: Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, provides services to parents and individuals in the Community Services Community Habilitation Program. For self-directed/co-managed services, receives training and instruction from the individual or designee who is co-managing the service.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in field of education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or related human service field from an accredited program and 2 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Must have a valid New York State Driver's License, a reliable vehicle; meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator Requirements and agency standards to transport service recipients.
Location
Rochester, NY.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, business hours. Schedule to be discussed.
