Using data, advanced analytics, specialized software and pharmacy automation, Mosaic is transforming the pharmacy experience for medically complex seniors while also helping payers achieve their quality improvement and cost savings objectives.

 

About the Role

 

The Director, Clinical and Payer Solution Strategy will define the clinical and payer solution strategy for all RxAnte solutions, analyzing client needs, product performance and market data to develop business strategies and define solution objectives. In addition, you will evaluate new clinical program opportunities for clients that are focused on cost savings while maintaining quality of care for patients and support the implementation and management of client-specific clinical programs. This is a remote position with some travel to our offices in Sterling, Virginia, and to client locations required. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Client Success.

As the Director, Clinical and Payer Solution Strategy, you will:

 

  • Develop and manage to objectives and key results for solution adoption and performance.
  • Define the payer solution strategy for all RxAnte solutions.
  • Analyze client needs, product performance, and market data to develop business strategies and define product objectives.
  • Develop and maintain solution definitions and documentation including core services, standard reporting, pricing, and performance guarantees.
  • Appraise new solution concepts and collaborate with key stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.
  • Develop solution positioning and messaging that articulates the value of our products and services to clients and differentiates our solutions across primary market segments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet the needs of demanding, complex, enterprise healthcare clients.
  • Present to senior leaders and clients on relevant topics.
  • Evaluate client needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships to inform build, buy or partner decisions.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.
  • Create solution strategy documents that describe business cases, revenue, and ROI of new solution concepts.
  • Evaluate new clinical program opportunities for clients that are focused on cost savings while maintaining quality of care for patients.
  • Support the implementation and management of client-specific clinical programs.
  • Provide clinical expertise for pharmacy care management programs for clients.
  • Embody a culture that prioritizes teamwork, innovation, integrity, and client focus.
  • Be a steward of RxAnte’s culture, and an ambassador for our brand in the marketplace.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Clinical degree in pharmacy or other health related field; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
  • Experience in product development, clinical program management, healthcare technology, or management consulting.
  • Experience in healthcare services, managed care and/or pharmacy industry required.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to think big and develop and execute on innovative ideas.
  • Track record of serving as a thought leader by employing a hands-on approach and a team-oriented mentality.
  • Mission-driven with a clear passion for driving innovation and disruptive solutions to help clients evolve and transform healthcare.
  • Ability to balance long-term investments with short-term wins.
  • Experience building business plans and financial analyses that demonstrate the strategy and economic impact of new product/program concepts.
  • Extreme ownership, bias to action, and know-how to succeed in ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead without established authority.
  • Data savvy – ability to gather and analyze data to generate insights and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to present insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders verbally and/or in presentation formats.
  • Experience with product management practices preferred.
