Responsibilities:
  • Work with the store General Manager to ensure the standards of the store are being met
  • Help coach and train all employees both in the Front of House and Back of House
  • Responsible for counting down cashier drawers and making appropriate deposits according to store standards
  • Control food cost through our inventory process, recognize issues and training staff to correct
  • Food Handler card and TABC certifications are mandatory
  • Streamline and make solid decisions for each shift.
  • Attend managers meetings and help institute the game plan for success
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends a must
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Communicates continually with the manager on duty and fellow employees.
  • Read and speak English.
  • Maintains overall kitchen cleanliness.
  • Assembles menu selections, constantly checking for quality.
  • Is personable and alerts all guests quickly when their order is ready.
  • Is knowledgeable about all menu items.
  • Stocks ingredients, baskets, plates, cups, etc.
  • Fully knowledgeable of all menu items and correctly answers any guest inquiries.
  • Works fast and manages chaos
  • Smiles and has fun, or has the courtesy to quit.
