Summary: The Risk Mitigation / Compliance & Claims Administrator is responsible for supporting the Dealerships by effective incident reports, insurance administration, leading to better communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate for this person has strong communication and organizational skills. This person must be a team player and able to pivot in a fast-paced environment. This position requires confidentiality, compliance, and understanding of state and federal compliance and insurance laws.

Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $28 - $35

Requirements:

Workers compensation administration
Automotive accident and claims administration

Skill and Expectations:

Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous ongoing and one-time activities.
Ability to work independently under time constraints.
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and Word
Strong communication and written skills
Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Investigation / evaluation: Investigates each claim to obtain relevant facts.
  • Quality service attention during life cycle of each claim.
  • Maintains compliant filing system
  • Intakes incoming lawsuits
  • Ensures compliance by staying on top of state and federal legal updates.
