The Enrollment Specialist is a key member of the team that works together to support the mission and values of Bambini Montessori Academy. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimum enrollment to support center operations. The Enrollment Specialist is the first point of contact for many families and is able to effectively promote and articulate the value of Bambini Montessori Academy’s programs.   

The Enrollment Specialist serves as a liaison between our childcare centers and their families. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for facilitating positive communication regarding our educational programs, offering guidance that reflects the value of our programs. This role is expected to advocate for our centers and clearly demonstrate and articulate in-depth knowledge of our culture and core values. The Enrollment Specialist is expected to consistently exercise integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end enrollment process.
  • Schedule and conduct tours and intake interviews.
  • Maintain and manage waitlists.
  • Develop, maintain, and verify enrollment packet information and a supply of packets along with all proper and current forms.
  • Handle Child Care Aware and similar billing paperwork.
  • Enter or assign entry of family data in database.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of children’s information across different systems.
  • Manage parent communications through communications app and by telephone.
  • Produce monthly enrollment and scheduling reports.
  • Promote school enrollment through events and social media.
  • Orient families to Bambini Montessori Academy's program, practices and philosophy.
  • Handle parent concerns and work with families, teachers, and Center Directors to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintain resources for families with special needs or in crisis. 
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Associates degree (or equivalent) at minimum. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in family, early childhood education (ECE) or equivalent.
  • Must have demonstrated expert knowledge of current early childhood education policies, procedures, trends, curriculum, and development.
  • Must be able to travel between two locations.
