The weekly classroom schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:15am - 1:00 or 3:30pm. Lone Mountain is currently hiring for part-time (up to 20 hours/week) position 2-4 days per week.
Responsibilities and Duties:You will be expected to implement age-appropriate educational activities involving gymnastics, swimming, floor activities and other projects. You will be responsible for classroom management, progression to goals and enforcing daily routines with the students. Lone Mountain provides training for all aspects of the preschool curriculum.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to move across uneven surfaces, climb stairs and move quickly throughout gymnastics spaces, the classroom and swimming pool.
  • Must be able to enter and remain in the swimming pool for up to 45 minutes daily.
  • Must be able to comfortably swim and move in up to five feet of water.
  • Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently, bend and stand quickly.
  • Must be able to lift and move mats and other gymnastics equipment

Qualifications and Skills:Qualified applicants will show a passion for working with children and a strong interest in childhood development. Candidates must be team-oriented and show a respect for co-workers, leadership, children and families. Candidates must have experience in early childhood care/development with supporting education in Early Childhood Education and/or Elementary Education preferred.
