What you need to be successful

To excel in the role of a Registered Nurse at Comfort Home Care, candidates must possess a Massachusetts RN license and a set of essential skills to deliver exceptional care. Successful candidates will be adept at conducting thorough initial and ongoing assessments to determine patients' medical requirements and communication abilities. It is crucial to be able to devise and update care plans efficiently and execute necessary nursing interventions. Effective coordination of services, timely communication with physicians and other team members, as well as collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers are key aspects of this position.

Additionally, strong documentation skills, including the preparation of clinical notes and paperwork submission in compliance with agency policies, are essential for success in this role.

Comfort Home Care is seeking Massachusetts licensed Registered Nurses that can:

  • RN provides initial and ongoing assessments to identify the client's medical needs
  • level of functioning and ability to communicate and learn.
  • RN initiates the plan of care
  • necessary revisions
  • and performs OASIS assessments at appropriate time points when applicable.
  • RN Initiates and performs appropriate nursing interventions.
  • RN coordinates services
  • informs the physician and other personnel of changes in the client's condition and needs.
  • RN collaborates with patient /family and other health care providers and/or community resources with planning of care and discharge.
  • RN Prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.
