As a Mechatronics Technician (also known as Automation Technician, Robotics Technician), you'll be responsible for installing and configuring mechatronic systems, including robotic arms and automated machinery. You'll troubleshoot and diagnose issues using various tools, perform routine maintenance tasks, and repair or replace faulty components. You'll also program and configure PLCs or other control systems, collaborate with engineers to design and implement system improvements, and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
