Responsibilities
  • Ability to comply with and maintain certification of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and coordinate customer-requested ISO audits.
  • Prepare and submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages, ensuring all elements are met per customer requirements.
  • Participate in and implement Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP).
  • Establish and implement process control plans and FMEAs to meet internal or customer requirements.
  • Development and implementation of SPC activities - perform capability and gage repeatability and reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies on new jobs and other situations where they are needed.
  • Lead customer or supplier corrective actions through root-cause problem-solving.
  • Coordinate and perform Layered Process Audits (LPA) per audit schedule.
  • Utilize the concepts of continuous improvement, including Lean.
  • May be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Quality related roles
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Knowledge in: Microsoft Office
Knowledge in: Strong Presentation Skills
Knowledge in: Quality Management System Software Experience
